Anyone used the letrozole ? Looking for recommendations on starting dose should I just use the .5 tablet daily ? On about 1000 test now with 25aromasin daily and nips seems to be okay but I feel I’m holding water and wanna dry out more
Letro isn’t really a daily Ai, it’s more of an emergency estro murderer. Your gunna have to do bloodwork and see. You can’t really dose it based off “wanting to be drier”. Look into sodium management. I’d be willing to bet if your taking a daily AI that your estrogen is not high nor is it the cause of your soft look. Losing fat will make you look harder than crashing your estro will, unless it’s actually high. You could try taking one pill one time and see if you dry out more but I would take more than that without blood work,
I have 50 tabs of letro from 4yrs ago that I still use. I am very sparing it with.

When I was running deca I used letro. Half tab once a week IF needed. That stuff can be harsh if you don't gets bloods and know what your doing.
