Halfway through a bulk on TestE, thinking about cutting during a 6 week cruise following with 25mg Var before my next blast. Does that seem like a solid plan or am I missing something?
Missing everything actually. Cruise suggests trt. Stats? Goal? Bloods tested? Anything related?
I phrased it poorly, after my 20 week blast Im going to drop Test 500mg a week to 125mg and go on a cut. What I want to know is if I should use 25 mg Anavar and cut on this cruise or if that's asking to lose muscle and fuck up my hormones. I want to gain as much mass as possible and wanted my next blast to most likely be 600mg Test with Dbol and supplementing with HGH. I'm halfway through this cycle and have yet to get another round of bloods but I have gained 20 lbs with almost 0 sides.
20 weeks is too long imo and typically lipids in dumpster by now. Var will crash any good lipids to hazardo us levels. Plus var doesnt put on mass.
Go to your trt and get on your cholesterol fixing...niacin, oatmeal etc. No gear. Get a good 20weeks clean.
Next run would be based on your estrogen or advised by your estrogen levels. Dbol converts and imo run much higher than needed. 15-20mg split at every 4hours til daily total is reached and dose taken with protein and good carbs. Run blood test week 5 to see where youre at so you can be in a good zone and #know your body reactions and not guess from sides. Bulking i keep estro 35-55 and watch bp to assist with when ai needed. Sex drive dropping and greasy forehead to me and i start ai low and use bloods to prove im correct. Dbol has short half life so if youre forcing the e2 down then be mindful as you stop dbol. Crashed e2 halts gains and joints feel like crap. Stiff, sore crunchy. Dry lips/skin and sex drive drops.
I agree with SOS. Save the var for another time. Come down to trt and should be able to retain most of what was gained. Get health markers back in check. Plus you're talking running an oral in your health phase then wanting to use another oral for your blast. Yes var is mild, but will still wreck your lipids.
You don’t add anything extra to a cruise otherwise it’s just a shitty mini cycle. Based on your stats you won’t lose any muscle on 125mg/wk. You don’t have enough to need supra-physiological cruise doses. You will lose a substantial amount of weight at first, because right now you’re holding on to a good bit extra glycogen and water. It’s not 20lbs of lean tissue you’ve gained so far.
