E2 in range helps with backne. Theres other quick helps as well. Pool/ swimming as chlorine dries skin, tanning, etc.

@wanted high gets the sebacious glands pumping. Basically hormonal chaos. Dht can as well but the e2 has been the general cause. There was a huge forum i saw with many ideas on combatting acne without chemicals. Dialling bloods and injection timing are top items to consider. @cryhavok has forums with cited charts to describe fluctuations and pin timing etc
