I have to say I’m disappointed. I was told I got in on last promo and it was never sent. Everyone else’s got sent so I’m not sure what happened but I’ve asked about it twice and still haven’t gotten a response and it’s been 25 days and still no reply. It doesn’t given any confidence in their customer service or professionalism. Granted it was free gear so I’m not really mad about it but just a bad first experience especially with response time. I always am active on my sources SI pages, I post honest reviews and pictures when my packages land. Your loss Teamroids!

Didn’t receive a ticket well that’s a lie I left one on your website and it was responded to .3 months and emails plus pm messages and I even wrote tickets on website so I do t see how there could be an issue with mine getting forgotten about. Packs from this promo landed over a month ago and I PMed you about it and took you 24 days to respond. I get response time is slower during promos but considering I wrote PM messages, tickets on the website and emails I don’t understand how I got forgotten about. I was eager to get it because I was starting a cycle. PleSe explain how any of this add up to good customer service especially the 24 day response time???? You are trying to play it off like you did nothing wrong but you made a mistake. All you had to do is say Hey sorry we dropped the ball on this one and I wouldn’t have said another word about it. Very disappointed with every aspect of dealing with this source

Yeah I get promo times take longer but calling me a ‘spammer” is comical. This is a review site and I posted my experience If I cared about a few measley bottles of test I would have kept my mouth shut but I order so much gear that’s a drop in the bucket to me I’m not spamming I’m leaving a review ( this is a review site remember)?????? Pack not getting sent isn’t why this review of experience is being posted it’s the way my messages through all YOUR options PM, Ticket and email and no response for a month. Any other source I’ve ever heard about has promo response times maybe a week so you’ve got a lot to work on if that’s the best you can do. you can look at my involvement on my other sources SI page and see that I have dozens of orders a year $7000-8000 plus last year so you can keep your measley bottles of test which by the way I told you I was no longer interested in PM because I started my cycle but if you think it makes you look not as bad by saying I’m trying to score free gear then go for it. I hope potential customer see this because this would be a big red flag for me

For promo packs from TR you not need website ! TR serious guys . Not have never problems with TR . And high quality products .
I know this but I didn’t want to send my personal info through PM on Eroids so I wrote ticket on website and sent through email. It was free gear anyway and I buy so much gear 5 vials is nothing to me. This was just going to be a trial to how their service works. I was only mad at the way customer service responded

Bud its just they are a very busy bunch of lads, they are one of the largest sources in the world dealing with I'm sure many orders at any given time. Sometimes I'm sure PM's may be missed or read and then they mean to get back to you but others crop up and divert attention - that often even happens to me on here. Then they are probably on other forums also, dealing with other emails etc so I am sure in all fairness 110% of their attention is probably dealing with customers who have sent them orders worth 100's of 1000's of Dollars. There would not have been any malice intended in any of it, its just what happens sometimes
I get what your saying and I tend to overreact when I’m on tren but it wasn’t just Pms that weren’t answered it was emails and tickets I get their busy but almost a month response time after they know my pack was never sent is a very long wait time. It’s not like I’m complain about a week or so

Edit: I deal with injuries fairly often. Had I been in your shoes I would have informed the source of the injury and inability to run the gear. You didn't do that. You got in 2 promos from this source, 1 in May 2020 and 1 in June 2020. You didn't review either promo. The source isn't wrong for calling you out.
I think this Source thinks Karma means something to me LOL I was part of a promotion and because I was injured right as I was starting a cycle I was never able to use it and I took pictures of all the gear still here. Go check my profile you will see that I all of a sudden disappear after being very very active. That's called an injury timeout! He tried to force a review out of me anyway. Told the mods that i didnt reciew and they took all my karma LMFAO will guess what?karma means nothing to me. because I can make 18 accounts if I want. And this source is absolutely disgusting trying to force reviews out of people that have not been able to use their products. I told them I took pictures of all the products they sent me I still have them. Said i would take a video flushing them down the toilet. And Wrote an email to send them right back. No response to that one. realizing I did not use the products. They still tried forcing a review. I refuse. And they took all my karma LMFAO well guess what? I will absolutely not ever write a fake review for anybody. I had a ton of gear saved up ready to use and review and guess what injuries happen nobody can predict. my back was broke and I could barely move for months at a time. what a great source this is. makes me wonder who else they try to force promos from!!! Terrible bussiness
