TryHarder007Fuck brothers, woke up not feeling like I could move and no energy! Trained heavy back last night. Worked up to 495lb deadlift for a set of 6, then hit barbell rows and was hitting 2 plates each side for sets of 10-12 with great form, than some VIZ deads (its a version of deads created by Phil Viz a bodybuilder) then lastly weighted pull ups with a 50lb dumbbell hanging on me. OHHHH buddy just those 12 sets killed me, but had just enough energy to finish with some laying hammie curls for fun.
Post workout was 2 scoops isolate and instead of my usual meal I went and got loads of sushi
Yea raw fish low carb high protein, I take that's the energy problem. I always get sore on heavy compound movements like deadlifts. GH is always helped aid in recovery, may want to try some.
TryHarder007lol i fixed the low energy problem real fast with some coffee and morning sex ;). And there is tons of rice if you eat the kinds and amount I do and I had some extra pre bed oatmeal with my last meal!

RP's Tren E is fucking flame, but has anyone else had elevated liver enzymes while running tren?
It still all filtered through the liver it where your blood gets "cleaned".

They were not hella high, AST was 49 (range 10-40). Since I've been off the tren for a month it's back to 37.
That's not very high. But you the man monitoring them so close!!
I agree with rxmuscle liver enzyme go up with intense training also. I was natty for 6 year trained 6days a week sometimes 7 days and my liver enzyme were always around 71. if you are worried about them then take 600mg milk thistle with 500mg dandelion root 2 times a day and watch them come down like mofo. 'personal experience"
X2 milk thistle is cheap and a standard year round for me, especially with an oral like anadrol
fuck yes!! cheap and very affective.I've also done anadrol 5 weeks cycle and took milk thistle with dandelion root 2 times a day with a gallon of water daily and got my live checked after the cycle. everything was within normal range.
Honestly intense training will raise the liver enzymes that much. Dave palumbo answers that question all the time on ask dave. He said you would have to stop working out for 7 to 10 days for the enzymes to be normal for an average man. Blood pressure would be more of a concern and the kidneys. Keep that in check and you'll be fine. Be safe my friend

Thanks for the input. I wasn't really concerned, just more of a curiosity. Absolutely no disagreement about blood pressure and kidneys. I keep a bp monitor at my bed side along with lisinopril if needed.
BandoleroAh that's not too bad. I had a sleep med bump me up to 48... They said when people drink alot ast pushes 100 it's a real problem. Actually I think she said 180 not sure. Any ass will saturate the liver a little with glucose... I take choline/inositol/methionine to pull it out 2 grams of each... Helps burn fat too
Lol, yeah 49 isn't that bad in the whole scheme of things. I was just surprised that an injectable raised it at all. I guess it should be a given when you consider tren isn't subject to the same reduction by the liver as other gear. I actually started taking TUDCA at night with my other sups. Thanks for the input for sure bro.
