Yes I did back today Big back day all kinds of deadlifts and rows and pull ups and my arms and biceps got so freaking pumped I finished with like 10 sets of biceps and I was even planning on anything but a crazy back day. I just felt it and went with it . Happy Halloween!!!!!!!!!!!!

johnny1024I ran it at 500mg weekly. Was getting back pumps at work( i do concrete/ pavers) that were crippling. But it carved me up good. Enhanced striations and seperations....looking to run the mast p nezt with that npp!!!
thanks for the input brother, I can imagine the pumps doing concrete were crazy painful I used to do concrete also, tough work. Did mast p before And it gave me leg cramps that I'd have to stop everything I was doing and stretch all the way out hahaha sucked when I was driving and would have to pull over and get out of my truck to stretch out.
MightyMatt812I would start with 450 I myself ran it that way and noticed strength increases and was hard and defined some say min of 600 but I had great results with 450 my bf is also low so it shows more
Thanks bro, I appreciate the advice, I'm a believer in the less is better so long as nutrition is on point, so when I Break into the mast I will try it at 450.
johnny1024There have been times that i have had to stretch gear due to finacial reasons and i have made awesome gains on doses low like 250 sust( pharmgrade) and 250deca.....
