This has nothing to do with juice guys but I get so many mixed responses on this I'd like more input. How many inches bigger should quads be than biceps ideally? In yalls opinions.
I would say at least 10 inches bigger. I'm 18 on arms and 29-30 on quads
My arms are 18 and a half and quads are like 27 and 14/16ths I hammer legs twice a week and I've just hit a wall lately. It's discouraging.
That's what happened so I tried the 6 wks of one 100rep set at the beginning of every workout I put on about 3/4 of inch and added some vascularity. No I do 2 leg days a light and a heavy. I would do 2 heavy days but I have 2 fucked knees to work. On heavy it's all squats and straight leg deads. And every other workout I'll switch between quads or hams first
