Yo mate, read up before you jump into this. You better have some caber or prami if your thinking of doing deca or npp or you might be in for a real bad surprise in the bedroom for quite some time (varies by individual). If your a newbie stock with straight test or add some dbol for bulk on a first cycle.
I've ran Deca before just didn't know how well the NPP worked compared to it. Yes I had a little of those issues as well
I like long with long, short with short. So deca. You could always kickstart with npp it it's not necessary
