Question is , is there anybody willing to give me advice on what you think I should take and how much. I think you just answered your own question, and since you have done those two compounds previously with great results then why not build off of that. You're 6' at 278, yea that's pretty big. Test and Tren can be used for both bulking and cutting, depending on what you're looking to do. Ask yourself how you liked and handled the Test and the Tren, any negative side effects or do you think you could of upped the dose a little more? Also make sure you have your PCT and other meds ready for any sides you may experience. There's a few things you can add in with the Test and Tren, like Proviron to enhance those two compounds or something for cutting depending on how lean you are or will be, like Masterone or Winstrol. There's lots to research and learn about, the best way is to add off what you already know so you become your own expert.
And like stated below, always get blood work and know exactly where your body is at, so you can plan your cycle accordingly.

And I'm pretty sure I clearly implied the need to be safe about things. When you say bloodwork, what exactly should I get tested for and what should I be looking for. I get tested at the VA every six months. They haven't said anything is wrong yet.
