I said the same thing until I ran it. Ran it last year, with test prop alone. Pretty intense workouts with good results. Chest and legs grew the most. Arms stayed vascular.

I've ran it. Pins smooth. I had no pip. Definitely had night sweats. Strength went up quickly. Cardio went to shit as did sleep. Aggression was very noticeable but mainly when I worked out... had me growling instead of grunting, lol. Concentration while working out was way more intense and focused. Loved it...a lot!

Big Cedric McMillan won this years arnold and he came in 20 pounds heavier this year from last. Stage weight around 280. And big Dallas took 2nd. At about 290. Wow. Very good Arnold this year. That 212 guy ashcanani looked great. So cool to see you back in action RP.
