Not a stupid question. Dbol usually comes in both injectable and oral form. And the injectable can actually be taken orally because of the compound make-up. Anyways, Raws Dbol is solely made for only oral consumption. It is a finished product with grain alcohol. There are those that have said that if you take your dose and leave it under your tongue you will get it in your system faster and more efficiently in a sublingual matter. But DON'T inject that stuff even though it may appear from the bottle like that. Just pull after shaking with an eighteen gage pin so you get enough of the compound. I hope that helps but I can definitely understand the confusion.
