Marinade with 50/50 mix water and yoshidas
Crushed red pepper to preferred spiciness
Brown rice
Veggies
Cook meat til read, reduce the liquid.
Add veggies til preferred tenderness
Serve over rice. Top with green onion, crunchy chinese noodles etc. Anything you like.
Bout 20 minutes til eating if white rice. Longer for brown.
Protein, veggies vitamins, carbs.
