Run the queen's test before...amazing. Going to start running the mast e...what dosage should I run, and when do you typically feel/see the effects of mast? Test for me was around week 6.
I ALWAYS recommend that the end user finds the correct dosage/s for them. No point listening to advise to take 1000mg of this compound, or 1500mg of that compound, because that's what that user takes. We all have different tolerances that we need to find. Once the benefits have started to hit, you should have found your dosaging needs. If sides start hitting hard, that's a good indicator you're taking too much, and you need to cut back. Start low, and raise :-)
400-600mg/wk is a good dose of Mast E. Mast. E will really become physically noticeable around wk 6 as well. It has other desirable effects that start sooner such as enhanced mood, libido and muscle hardness.
