Others have also reported no dip in performance while carb cycling as the carbs get lower. I cannot attest to that when I tried it a couple years ago. My performance suffered greatly, every single time, particularly since because of the cycling aspect my body couldn’t “adapt” to the lowered carbs before the next refeed. My philosophy is simple: Performance is key, and numbers are easily tracked data that can be plotted and observed over time. Weights, reps, sets, total workload, RPE, etc. Being able to keep performance consistent and progress over time and routinely train with appropriate tensions is integral to not only getting the most out of low doses, but also retaining muscle when off, in my admittedly limited experience. It’s all good when someone plays around with purple neoprene dumbbells and cables and machines while on grams of gear, but when they come off they shrink like a deflating balloon. I’m certain you’ve noticed this over the years, that guys who don’t know how to train properly with big compound movements always shrink down, and the ones who do know how to train not only keep most of their size usually, but tend to stay relatively injury free.
20 years from now when I’m 47, if I’m still going strong,I hope to be waxing the same wisdom to the younger souls with more caché to back it up
Who_CaresAs do you Brooklyn. But i love white potatoes.
RustyhookerI gotta try the air fryer some day. Few guys on here over the years said they like it. The george foreman is a fun cooker.
Sweet potato....yum! Ever try tempura yam at a japanese restaurant?
Who_CaresNever heard of Tempura, interesting! Yeah the air fryer is great. It makes anything crispy without being oily. I wasn’t a believer till my girl made me try it. Now there is no oil in my house for frying
RustyhookerI gotta look into it. Open up more options. Too much bake or broil at the current time. Haha
Ok, I've got to give you guys a warning about this source's test. If you ask your doctor to run an hgh/igf test with the labs he ordered, make sure he doesn't take the initiative and throw a testosterone test in there too, without telling you. You may get a call from him the next day, inquiring why your levels are north of 1500
We try our very best to please :-)
RustyhookerHahaha!! Yessir you should have done privatemdlabs or risk losing insurance
Im confused as to why that would warrant a warning.
Just a rhetorical way of saying her gear is fire. I was stammering when the doc called and asked if I was taking any over the counter supplements. Not sure if he bought the "Nugenix" excuse I managed to throw out there!
Who_CaresFrank Thomas hahahahaha MBB you know your doc was pissing his pants inside. Great response LMAO classic
What type of fyia are we talking here? Camp fire? House fire? I love me some flame!
Makes sense. Were you running a self medicated TRT dose? Hopefully he believes your excuse or that could cause some issues with insurance as Rusty said. Good luck brother!
Nugenix lmao, maybe he'll buy it. Grrl does have some great gear. Back before I was very active on this site I used this shop exclusively for a couple years...it was called American Kodiak back then. I was recovering from a pretty significant injury so my weight was below average to start with but in that time I gained 80lbs. Can't go wrong with this lab.
Luckily, I own the joint or Anthem will see far more than me go to another carrier! But still, something I should've watched for. Thought I'd slide a free test in on my gh source and ended up scrambling!
But, yes, coming on the heels of a pct, with only a couple of pins under the new cycle, it definitely shows that Kodiak's gear is 100% legit
Thank you MBB :-)
Rustyhooker...
Who_CaresHow do I insert a pic?
hi Grrrl long time no talk FR sent
RustyhookerAny idea when tren A will be back in stock?
RustyhookerTrying to figure phones way of pictures again. Dinner is served!
Ace VenturaI’m overdue for a good pizza. I like to consider myself a pizza connoisseur. I heart that shit
Who_CaresBest pizza in the world Brooklyn NY. Hands down.
Ace VenturaI’d love to try that shit. Too bad I don’t plan on ever visiting the BK
Who_CaresI don’t blame you lol. I been all over the US on biz and many places around the world. North East and SanDiego area to me have the best food. Overseas I really enjoyed the food in Spain
RustyhookerI like the thicker crust pizzas. One of the locals makes beer batter crust so it rises up, light and airy crust. Yum!
Who_CaresRusty you’re a Chicago pizza guy. I been there and I must say it’s a little getting used to but it grew on me and every now and then I crave that deep dish
RustyhookerA local place makes it in their style. Crust is super thick, beer batter flavor. A regular pizza is 24in across. Its their crust that grabbed me. Its just so tasty! Big old pepperoni. Yum!
Ace VenturaGoodness gracious, that’s big. (And that’s definitely not what she said)
