Now that my company switched to winter hours I get off at 8 instead of 9 and it makes it a lot nicer getting my workouts in

winter hours... when I worked down south we had tropical hours during the summer season and worked 5-1 .... best hours ever ;-)

Nice nice. That's good man. I hate missing my days, I try and make them up as much as possible. Right now pre-meet in our peaking cycle...our sessions run bout 2.5-3hrs
