Hit a vein and squirt?
I got that couple months ago... Hurt like a motherfucker pulled it out and it streamed from the floor up my cabinets in bathroom across counter and up mirror to the lights like cheese dick horror movie. Happened in my ass too once but wasn't as bad or painful as the delt vein.
