How do you know it's enlarged .. Weak stream .., starting and stopping ? Frequent urinating ? Manual finger exam to see if it's enlarged ? I masking the things cause it can be many other causes but yes it can. If the problem persist I would go see my doc your prostate is nothing to screw around with
