She has been here longer than I have actually and will even help you with diet, work out plans, cycle advice...everything. Solid source here. I'm leery of the top ten board myself but that's because I have been in this game longer than eroids has been around and some of the top ten....well they have been labeled as shit in the past on here and before eroids came around. Best advice, watch the source intro of sources and pay close attention to not only karma but the length of time a member has been here. Then think to yourself do I wanna roll the dice based on what I see. With that said very rarely will you go to a source intro
And ask like you did and get a negative response from the regulars there. Read my friend. Read old posts, watch a while and then get in while things are stable. I'll say it again for what it's worth. Grrl and goth for that matter will take care of everything for you. And if they can't they can lead you in the right direction.
