MightyMatt812It's been hard but been sticking too it I slipped up when I was camping I had a huge plate of mac and cheese been keeping carbs no higher than 150 it won't get hard till I drop carbs out that and the tren people won't wanna be around me but I'm making progress would love to hit 6% when all said and done

If I catch a cheat meal back when I cut, next workout was a big pump. Carbs filled me our. It's been long time since I worked hard to trim. I need 215 solid so it's all bulking.

Myyyygawd after what seems like forever (over a year and a half) I am ready to get back into it.
My life took some crazy turns via both professionally as well as personally. Literally was working 14 to 15 hour days in one of the most intense financial sales atmospheres 6 (sometimes 7) days per week. The money and opportunity was out if this world but I got to the point where everything else in my life was suffering. I worked out maybe twice a week and I got to the point where about a month and a half ago where I just hit a wall and said, what the fuck?
Walked out and I'm on short term leave for 3 months which I'm using to just focus on ME (well my fiancé too) and figure out what to do.
I'm 99.99% certain I'm going to open my own business in the same field I was in (but instead of selling, I'm going to be doing consulting for the people I used to sell too). I'm damn good at what I do but if I can't be proud of the person I am while doing it, on top of having no time to enjoy the fruits of my labor, sorry but that's no life I want.
I won't lie, it's been an up and down Rollercoaster of stress and emotions but for the first time in awhile I feel very optimistic and am getting to work in the morning.
Ordered some gear as well and fucking can't wait to get going full blast!!
