Thanks homie, at my peak I was 228lbs but I was also about 15-16% body fat but just a fucking beast. I am wanting to stay more on the lean side of things but want to get up to about 198 at 6%. Figure next year I'll meet my goal if I keep at it. Started at 157 about 4 years ago homie so keep your eye on the goal because u can make it for sure
