Not too bad. Got a lil moody week 3 lime normal but did all right. Raised up my workouts to higher level this week. Doing slow treadmill.

I find anymore whether I'm bulking/cutting, on or off cycle, or just cruising that if I keep up my workout intensity up I feel better. I don't notice the highs and lows in my moods as bad. Plus my physique stays much more in tact. Trt does help but not as much as you would think if T levels are brought down to normal range.

Fully agree on workouts. If i go down to a 4 x 12 workout, I stop adding mass. I just gotta hit super sets etc and then I'm doing great.

Mind is a lot clearer when im busting hard too. Stress buster plus. Lol.

On pct though i use a pump n go approach. You're a bit catabolic til natty kicks in. Hit whey right after.

how do you get bloodwork done so that insurance will cover it. I want bloodwork done so I know where my pct stands and can adjust. Ive had bloodwirk done before but insurance didnt civer it because of how I worded it

Schedule it yourself online and bypass them. Keep your doc and your medical record out of it. There are a couple different ones depending on where you live.

i think I will do this one here. my wifelady WAS a nurse and she said that telling my doc I cant getta erection should get me bloodwork but if I just ask my testisterone and estrogen level be checked without a good medical reason the insurance will deny my claim which has happened before leaving me with a $350 bill to pay
