You all know that I m not a vote and review person however I've fallen out the rankings completely because I don't typically ask .. all of you who purchase and use the products please consider voting and writing a review

Beef Curry...

you'll need two lbs of beef or chicken ... I get the stuff already cut for stir frys and chop that up into bite sizes ...

brown it in coconut oil ... with chopped onion add sea salt and either chicken broth or beef broth

get a can of tomato paste and put it in a frying pan get a 2 tablespoons of curry if you can get the hot stuff at a middle eastern market then good if not mix cayenne pepper in there to heat it up
mix tomato paste and curry

after the meat is browned and you've added broth to cover it add two cans of diced tomatoes or one big one and fill the can with water and add it also.... add the tomato paste with curry....

chop up any kind of potato you want into squares I use organic little gold potatoes .. leave skin on or peel it

let it simmer until desired thickness .. if you like it real thick add extra tomato paste and or cook it down ..

throw it over some rice to eat
