3 days and still no recipes!? Gonna have to leave a bad review...
why don't you leave a recipe instead?
Fine then! This is what I make when the cravings hit and I feel like being a bad boy.
I usually make 10lbs of chicken a session, so breasts or tenders will do. I thought I was special with multidip chicken, but apparently I'm late to the party.
Mix 8-9 cups flour in one large bowl with garlic and salt, 3TBSP of black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper (adjust this quantity depending on whether you like spicy chicken or you're a little punk bitch). This is our dry mix.
In another bowl mix 2-3 cups of flour, salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, add some more cayenne (or be a punk and don't. Pussy.) 4-5 egg yolks, and beer or spiked cider, (skip this if you marinade your chicken beforehand) Make sure you have extra beer or cider to stay hydrated during the cooking, it's super important you don't pass out and burn the place down. You don't want a thick consistency in the mix or it'll clump up, so keep it somewhat thin by adding beer.
Heat up a deep fryer to 350 degrees. Dip your cut chicken in a bowl of beer or water (lol) to moisten it up and then dip it in the dry mix. Get a nice even coat on it, then dip it into the second wet mix. After doing this a few times I prefer to have another bowl and pour the wet mix bit by bit into it otherwise the wet mix can clump up your wet mix bowl and that shit gets annoying real quick. Once your chicken is now completely covered in wet mix, dip it back into the dry mix (again, may be easier to use a separate bowl for the re-dip), then dunk that shit into your deep fryer and cook until crispy, golden brown.
Enjoy with a beer or cider, and fries or fried onion rings or both because we're being bad and you may as well go balls deep and pig out.
These quantities are approximates for 10lbs of chicken. If you're using less chicken, lower the quantities in accordance to how much you're using. Duh.
Pro tip: you can marinade it before hand with beer and spices for an even spicier kick, or marinade it in something more sweet for a sweet and spicy kick. You don't need to, but it helps add to flavor.
this is awesome.... I gotta go get a fryer now ..hahahah
