I had some let. and been feeling better thanks. I also made an appointment with the Doc. First I would like to say the test e and anavar are awesome I have never had better abs. The test c is also OK but the e is better imo. It's only my first time running anavar so I'm curious if it's normal to get gnarly cramps when you run or fuck because around week 6 of anavar I started getting abdominal cramps from cardio. I take 500mg before bed every night I was told torarien or whatever that crap in redbull that Hitler took is good for cramps but I will try more magnesium always fun to have more ropes onboad
Taurine is the Red Bull ingredient. Potassium from bananas also helps. Sodium/electrolytes from Gatorade will help tremendously too. A balanced intake of all will negate most if not all the cranping issues from var. Also dose dependent, the higher dose var the more sides, take it down some if cramps become unberable.
