Melatonin works for me, OTC supplement. It will eventually lose its effectiveness if used all the time though. I also have plenty of doctor prescribed sleep/anxiety meds that I take advantage of when I foreshadow sleepless nights from using tren. The key is to not rely on the sleep aids, but only take them when needed. For example...if I've had 2/3 nights of poor quality sleep ...I'm taking some sleep aid that very same night after cause if I count sheep all night and don't get quality sleep ..then the entire following day will be bad and I will for sure be irritable and short fused from not sleeping well for the past few nights. It's about timing the sleep aid meds and not becoming too reliant on it which will lead to abuse and result in the medication losing it's effectiveness. Melatonin is available in most pharmacies/grocery store, I use the doctor prescribed sleep aid as last resort, but they work incredibly well and there are some that are non narcotic.
If you have insomnia take KAVA. It also helps calm you if you have anxiety. Some are stronger than others. KAVA and some CBD will knock you out.
