I haven’t found a way to deal with the insomnia but lowering test dose has helped me tremendously.
I never went above 200 weekly. Never experienced insomnia. I got the night sweats. That along with the random mind fucks we're the worse part. I started to be able to distinguish between Tren thoughts and normal thoughts. If the Tren thoughts came I'd remove myself from people until I could get my shit together.
