We all should be thankfully for what we have , sometimes its easy to forget .
Sometimes it's all to very easy to forget that's for sure ...at the end of the day we are all human and all equal ....some are bigger than others and so on but at the end of the day we are all human.
It's at times like these I just sit back and grab my family and say .....dad loves you as I must say I don't always show it ....but that's not because I'm a wanker it's more because I just tend to take thing for granted.

It's winter so I'm sure a mad bulk is gonna start soon ....in other words I will add more fat as next year my lower love handles are gonna be going come the summer... haven't really done a real diet in years so in I want to compete again at the age of 40 then a test drive diet is in order first...
Apart from that I'm doing my normal....and in that I mean....hanging off MD's left nut so that's its in balance with the right one.

It's a tough call this one for him as I believe this is no fault of MD but he has been a hit a few times recently with DDOS attacks plus the scam sites and the other fiasco but hope he pulls through as he was the top U.K. Source on here for quite some time .
Yea it's not easy that's for sure fella and I can only up date what I know rather than feeding bullshit, as I mentioned before a few days ....I've built a trust with MuscleDevelop as I'm sure other people have done with other sources and that's why I speak so strongly......a lot of people see it as a fan boy act but I'm honest and upfront in every SI I comment on.
There is no reason to think that MuscleDevelop is going anywhere or jumping ship with people's money as refunds for failed orders have been given and this I will say....it's not an easy task to stop a heavy DDOS and time will hopefully be a heeler along with some donkey work
There's nothing wrong with this eroids site though at the moment and there are 47 unread PMs and only the occasional apology posted here. Last login was November 3rd. I don't know what's going on with them. I'm glad I don't need to order yet. I hope they sort out what is wrong because i've had quite a few orders off them and don't really want to change sources for my next order. When it goes all quiet it puts me off ordering.
What I posted below a few days ago wasn't off the cuff or made up and was checked first before it was posted and at present this is what seemed a best method to keep the SI updated and yea some may think that it would.have been nice to come from the source directly......but in some ways a little news is better than no news.
I've always had a strong view of never insisting that a person use just MuscleDevelop but if I can help out the people that want to continue to use MuscleDevelop then it's gotta be worth submitting a post

Yes my thoughts exactly, the years ive been in this game an not just in this site ive never seen a ddos last over a couple weeks unless its a very high traffic site
