That's because they were either seized or lost in the post, we have explained this to you already in email and PM. We've sent you the shipping records (photos, and postal receipt) so you can see we did post your order, and on top of all this you're a regular customer of ours and been ordering from us for a long time. You don't need to keep posting on the SI thread about it, it's not going to change anything.
We're fully aware of your situation and we've emailed you, so please go through the normal channels and deal with our customer support. I understand our responses are very slow at the moment due to the DDoS attacks, but this is how we deal with customers (through email), not in public open forum.
