I hear ya dude, I don't really feel the need to justify myself, but been following this thread as I wisely check it before I buy every time.. just trying to add some value as can see a lot of frustrated ppl, so thought might help to share my experience. .
I'm not receiving anything.
I made an order and already paid on November 20, after that my order is still on pending, I tried to contact MD, by email, and by the Chat a lot of times, I sent all the payment details many times but they gave me no answer.
In past I placed 3 orders with MD and I they never let me down, since today...
I'm writing this here because it's my last hope to have my money back or my order, and to warn everyone about this.
I'm very disappointed with MD, and it will be my last deal with them.
Done and paid an order. Is normal that after i have submitted payment is still 'pending'?
I have mine pending since last monday

Just a message for those who may be worried. I've probably placed 20+ orders with MD over the years some big orders too. He's NEVER let me down. Have faith. Hopefully he isn't away too long.
I agree, fantastic source and very reliable even returning money recently when not dispatching, but this is a real test of loyalty, it's been since they reopened like this, I have been using MD exclusively for 3yrs, beyond delighted with their service and they ship 100's of packages for me to AUstralia, as someone who used them for this, it's now making me look bad. I have asked for Pharmacomm updates and Recovery + etc etc, but always been told next week and still nothing, now emails aren't answered.
They have slipped the last 2 months but I will stay loyal, but they really need to come back and show they are what they were. They were so good before that you have to overlook this blip, but with Christmas and post delays approaching it's also a critical time for them and loyalty has to work both ways.
I must say I never doubt MD for a second, been using on and off for a fair few years
But it would be nice for him to interact like he used to on his SI,
Or even a member of his "team" if he is so busy which I'm sure he is!!
