I submitted a question to MD on his site and received a response from the Mail Delivery Subsystem that the message was delayed and could not be sent to the receiver because: "the recipient server did not accept our requests to connect."
This is just isn't a good look and after years of ordering with him, i have zero confidence now.

Has anyone had any form of reply from MD. I've always been patient and a continued loyal customer (20+ orders) but I feel this communication is poor. I respect the problems with the site etc but any form of update would be great. He's still on twitter updating, which is what gets me.
i do agree ronial it would be nice but i think hes lost his love for eroids after the amtech saga . because like you say he is active on twitter regularly . its a shame because hes top guy it used to be nice to see him chirp in now and again . im just happy hes still open serving us all hes got a top selection
I understand he's a busy man and I respect that. I've always been patient through the problems, just feel lately it's a nightmare to try to get any contact with him. The 50 unread emails have been there for weeks now. I've emailed through the actual site 3 times now with no response. I won't go on a rant like some do, I'd just like some communication. I intend to keep using MD as a source just needs to sort this shit out.

but only 1 arrived , i msg MD and they checked with dispatch and then sent me out another pen
