1-6 wks 30mgs ed dbol (is it too long????) [after breakfast 10mg / before workout 20mg / after workout 10mg]
1-10 wks .5mgs eod arimidex (do I need to take eod from the week1 ?????)
Some user advice me to take HCG. But unsure, do i really need to have it or not ?really afraid to inject something.... even test... only why I decided to inject test was, because it is my first cycle...[ so is there any products which can substitute HCG ? anything protects balls shrink ]

First cycle just run test only you will get good result from test only being a first timer. That way when your side effects kick in you can contr ol them better. Save the bol for your next run , and just worry about getting at your food right, ai and pct
I would even suggest you get blood done first, see where your estro levels are now and then go again 3 weeks after first pin to see your estro level again. That way you will know how sensitive you are work out Adex dosage
