I tracked my package after package arrived in U.S., and status never change from "origin post is preparing shipment" for a while
It been four days to processing dispatch....

If you ask them their going to want to know tracking number your name sender's name and contents of package, you really think its a good idea drawing attention to your pack or you think you should just be patient? I'm not trying to ridicule you but that's just being ridiculous
okay not going to contact them. I thought just tracking # will be needed to ask questions, never thought about telling them personal info.

Anyone have any problems receiving emails from MD using Live mail?
Check your spam that happened to me. They have answered all my pms and emails within a day. And trust me I fd up on something and they've straightened it out thankfully. Pack should be shipping as we speak.

osemk92I have check my junk folder several times - didn't receivd anything. However after reading the faq again I realise that it could be because I use Hotmail? But I did use my Hotmail to place a order and also received payment info for my order in this email.

I just send a message to MD again but this time using a safe-mail and I got a auto response from them the second after. I think it's my foul emailing them from a Hotmail account as they don't receive them. Don't make the same mistake I did.

You must complete your payment within 48 hours of ordering. So you can place the order at the last minute before the promo expires on Sunday, then pay on Tuesday.
Remember our time-zone is GMT-UK, so make sure you get the order in before Sunday just to be safe.

If you log-in to your account on MD's page and view your order, you might see the payment details there. That's what I've done in the past when I didn't get an e-mail and all the information on how to make the payment was there.
