i am having trouble making payments using MG, and/or WU. both services "reviewed" my transfers to sources and subsequently rejected my payment transfers. receivers information was just personal names, and when MG and WU called me about the transaction i said clearly that i was just helping out a family member in need.
paypal would be ideal, but i need to be an established customer, how can i establish myself if i can't make payment with MG or WU??
