At that low dose, I would run the HGH in one shot first thing in the morning. There is some empirical and anecdotal information that shows your IGf levels will be higher with one shot (dose) a day; especially the lower doses. I run 1- 4iu shot FTIM, 6 days on 1 off. 5 days on and 2 off is probably just as good especially if it means you can run the HGH cycle longer.

yup, 24 iu per vial and 10 vials. At 4 iu/day/6 on, 1 off; a vial is one week and a kit = 10 weeks. results start to show in a few weeks. After a year and a half I have veins popping everywhere. I now have veins showing in my quads and back; arms are like road maps. I had to have blood drawn he other other and the tech (a chick) was drooling from both ends trying to decide where to put the leaches.
