The Dr gave me some terrible news today fellas. he said i tore my Anterior talofibular tendon (in the ankle). No legs for at least 12 weeks!!! Hopefully PT works so I don't have to get surgery. I'm extremely bummed about this. I can no longer play the sport I love for a while as well.
You can just do chest and bis now like every other jerkoff in my gym....j/k brother. That really sucks to hear. Hope you heal quick and get back to killing it. Are you on GH at all? When im on GH i heal ALOT quicker then the docs ever exspect. I had a broken hand heal in 4 weeks. Concentrate on training what you can and you will be back in no time my friend
Lol, all upper n no legs ahahaha. I love working out my legs to. I'm running 3iu of humatrope at the moment. Hopefully it can help me recover that fast. Just sucks I can't do cardio or train legs for a min. Upper body it is then. To be honest I'm so negged out I wanna come off my cycle.
Dont come off. Do what you can and concentrate on aome upper body that might be lagging. Dont let this ruin your cycle....be strong my friend.

i cant even handle 1 tab mate...for other brands, i can go up to 120mcg without suffering too much..
but with tiger clen, i tab is more than enough for my mrs to think i am going to get a heart attack..
Strongest Clen I've ever used by a country mile and I've used a lot. Others on this board will tel you the same no doubt. Go easy with these and taper up slowly.
