Cool, I'm sold, I'm ordering cooper prop, I hate this long ester stuff, waiting for it to kick in, I want next day delivery ;) prop is the way forward, rather jab more than doing twice a week with thick horrible oil
Short esters for me are the best and then a Ml of a long ester per week like cyp or Eth does the trick for me.
And yea keep them sites rotating almost so that you pin the same body part a week later.

I rotate glutes and delts, maybe time to try quads, worried a wont be able to walk after though :(
There are more nerves in the quads but if you follow the correct procedure in ref to location to inject then you should be all good, triceps also...
And because you find more areas to inject it means the less you are at risk from over injecting in one area and building up scar tissue etc, this way you can give well over a week before you hit the same site again when running a short ester cycle
I looked online, outside of quad, halfway between knee and hip? What happens when you hit a nerve? I'll end up on the ceiling??!! Lol

Nearly done 20ml of this cooper sustanon, 2ml a week, after every shot I get a swelling size of a grapefruit, I've tried everything, swapping sites, heating the oil before, hot water bottle after. I think it must be whenever I use sustanon, I must be allergic to something in sustanon??? It's not the prop, cod if I run prop on its own it's ok????!!!!

AnonI had a problem changing my avatar pic but this was a while ago now, have you tried all the basics as in rotate the pic a few times make sure it's within the given size and the main mistake people make is being signed in on other devices when they save the new pic......
Even after doing all this I found it took almost a week for my new pic to become apparent and stay permanent.
That's all I can say to help fella if it's none of the above then I've no idea......

AnonYour profile pic has now changed fella, a couple ah days and it will stay but for now your comments will prob show as your old pic but your profile as the new, that,s what happened to me in the past when i changed mine. Hell................ I had a pic of my wife,s face up for 2 months when i first joined because i accidentally uploaded the wrong pic from my phone lol, it took me fu****g ages and multiple PM,s to people to fix it.
