I always Start my taurine a few days b4 but clen will use up the taurine in the muscles within the first few hours and even the taurine in ur heart this is why clen is so dangerous it can cause irreparable heart damage I think people take this drug to lightly to be honest but it has a short half live so really half a tab every 4 hours is better than all in one go this way it doesn't play havoc with ur central nervous system as to taurine 5 mg morning,pre workout and I always did and extra 5 b4 bed hope this helps

Yes agreed. Half a tab of the Malay to start and managed to go to 3 eventually at the end of the 2 weeks on my second 2 weeks on. And 100% agree about the Taurine. It's a must. Wouldn't bother stacking with ECA but you can use it on the 2 weeks off for sure.
I.use keto daily.so I.never.go over one tab, on 5g of taurine also helps so.much with shakes I.find.
I can't do keto. Is totally messes with my performance and ends up being counterproductive for me in the end. I have run Clen successfully at body fat as high as 12% and found it works very well. But diet needs to be spot on and cardio is essential as Mak states. I generally stack my Clen with 17.5mg of yohimbine hcl 30mins before fasted cardio (LISS) in the am 4 times a week when cutting. Found it to be amazing to move stubborn lower ab and back subcutaneous fat. Like you, I just can't move this without some help no matter what I do. Comes from being unhealthy and 35% BF for way too many years before I changed my life.

Looks like a pharma company to the outside. Could be operating to the same standards. But no pharma company is manufacturing tren ace. Im not sure of the laws or even which country they are operating from. But it is selling the tren ace to the ug. So for me that says it all. Im not bashing their gear coukd be awesome. Alpha pharma is probably the best around. Their tren ace is fucking insane i cant bring myself to buy anyother brand now that ive used theirs
