Weigh the tablet itself make a note of the weight then crush it up & re-capsule the powder into desired dosage. Been doing that with my pharma aromasin forever comes in solid 25mg tabs way too much for me

I'm not sure how much to run during pct but during my cycle I take 6.25 ed to prevent any bloating or gyno..12.5 ed crashed me hard so I had to lessen the dosage.
Ok , PCT order in. Actually a double cause my buddy needs it too. My question is if the Aromisin is 25mg tabs, and the reccomended dose is 6.25 ed.... and thats actually split into two seperate doses...AM and PM, are we talkin about splitting this tab into 8ths?

Half life is to short to run eod.. better to run small dosage daily rather than a whole tab EOD..
I believe that is the point ... some people do better running half a tab every other day rather than having a consistent doseage daily suppressing estro . It just depends on the person
