I know it's tough, but mentally challenge yourself and tell yourself you aren't on pct. I know that sounds "funny" but I think a lot of pct is mental. I actually took a full month off last summer pct'ing, no gym or nothing and when I went back I still had like 90% of my strength and intensity. Idk pretty crazy but I would NEVER go workout the first week or two till you get some natty test circulating again. I believe you could do more damage than good since your test levels are in the tank and your cortisol is higher
Thanks bro. I'm on the prop taper at the moment. Totally out of long Esther test, on purpose to force myself to pct. Lol. If I'm tapering with prop, how long should I wait to start the pct meds, being that props a short Esther? I'm gonna start the hcg for the next 7 days too....
You can do it bro..I got faith in you ..think about it tho, quicker u get thru pct the closer the date is to the next cycle lol
You start pct 3 days after your last prop shot. Yea do some hcg if you'd like but stop maybe 5-7 days before pct, I think hcg interferes with your body rebooting it's own LH

Anybody in here that went thru elite anabolx and used their perfect pct blend? I'm hearing that it was bunk and I'm curious if it was an isolated incident or if I should grab some ancillaries real quick..goth,grrl you talk to anybody who grabbed some pct meds off u cause ea pct fcked them up?
Loose_CannonI'd definitely grab some ancillaries, their pct blend was proven to be bunk. There is absolutely no reason to even risk bunk PCT
