Just received an order from naps shipped on 15th oct received today. Am surprised why people complain that order not received. I think naps is good will order from them again

Ordered the 1/2 off promo 3 weeks ago and received mine in 16 days after ordered (cut stack). I've never had an issue that hasn't been resolved. Sometimes I had to wait a bit longer than usual, but it always showed up in the mail. Be patient fellas. I always order mine way ahead of my cycle start date just in case it gets delayed. It sucks waiting, hate it for you guys.

All they keep saying to me is basically keep waiting. And to not pay attention to their shipping time table. Their website says that it should be here today but when i emailed them they said don't pay attention to it. Para pharma is hurting naps already rocky reputation. I now know to go with there main house brand wnvr i use them.
I don't understand how their ratings are so high i choose to go with them and they screwed up my first orders then my dumb ass orders again and they have me send it through WU instead of MG they get my money and I'm stuck with my package in payment received/ not yet shipped I guess they have a good rating somehow yet no ones packages are getting shipped. Anyone else wanna give their ideas I've heard every excuse in the world and now not hearing back.....
I'm sorry about that but payments have been paid different ways then they accepted it through someone who hasn't black flagged them and then they blow smoke up everyone's butt ave yet their rating is in the top 5! That looks bad on eroids, who had the best thing going.

Their rating was top 5 by the end of the month they wont have a rating it dont look bad on eroids just because your experience was bad doesnt mean ours was we only vote based on our own experiences ... go write a review if no resolution is made and vote whats bad about that id say thats a pretty fair system

Sorry but I have to agree with Tren and twisted bro. I ordered and received my shit in literally 10 business days from my payment being processed. Naps left here because of the shit storm of complaints impatient people get. In fact if you were to scroll back approximately 3-4 months ago the rep in fact said that they were eventually going to go private. That was the prelude I believe to this leaving the boards. Good on them, they made their name and everyone knows it through getting product, not scamming.

I’m in the same boat.. order placed 9/28 and it’s beensitting in origin of post is preparing shipment snice the 15th of October. And also another order I placed on 9/13 still haven’t received it.
StephenlatshaYup same here have 2 orders out with para pharma and both have been in origin post for weeks , and I keep getting 2 responses. It's not traceable in the US or message us at the 30 day mark
