Do you remember which day it was shipped and which day the tracking number says that it left the origin country? Because it may not be seized since they say it'll take 1 to 4 weeks after it leaves the country of orgin. I am guessing that is the case. Has anybody on here received their order through the promo? And is it g2g or bunk?
StephenlatshaBro they just say that just in case it magically shows up so there not sending free stuff. If it's been that long it's not coming more than likely it doesn't take over 10 days for the origin post to send it out. I've been doing this many years and whenever it takes this long, more than likely it's seized.

Open up a ticket on their support site, be polite, and cross your fingers. That's really all you can do now. Although that should have always been the first line of action.
StephenlatshaThat's all I've been doing man, they keep saying wait 2 days I wait 2 days and I respond and then they will say the same thing wait 2 days. They said they opened a case about the one tracker that doesn't work but still haven't responded to me and the other one just stopped tracking. They told me usps doesn't track that kind of package which is nonsense because I had the same exact shipment method same letters and I was able to post usps all the way to my door. I'm just really thinking I've been robbed which is a shame since I been using them for 2 years and never did I experience this been waiting over a month now but they posted both of them about 15 days ago
You're doing all you can. I wish you luck man. Just keep on them and don't lose your cool with them too much (like any customer service, don't curse and you'll get further), and keep your fingers crossed.

And yes there is some changing of the guard going on- they fixed the order but I talked to three different people. One of whom said she had to contact "upper management" to make sure they could reship what I really didn't get.

I should’ve clarified that I meant everywhere not just this site. I saw them leave a couple other sites before this one. I haven’t gotten gear from them in quite awhile but I did stuck up hmg and some other things regularly during their sales. I’ll be watching to see how other people’s experiences go. Do you know if/when this SI page will be removed?
Lots of unverified sources still have SI’s. I don’t think theyd take the SI down since it helps keep people safe. They just won’t be ranked after a little while. Don’t take that as gospel tho.
