Anyone have the hgh serum level test protocol? I have a test scheduled next week just wanting to know the best way to get accurate results.

10iu IM in Delt 3-3.5 hr before test. No physical activity prior to test and no need to fast either, just eat normally.
Also be sure to get IGF-1 done 4 weeks later to ensure your gh is legit.
