Alright, got my tracking number finally. USPS says origin post is preparing shipment. With that update, it should be here in about a week give or take a few days.

It's gone bro. I know of one person that had that update and package was released and arrived. Others have had seizure. The one that released had all unlabeled vials.

Ive been seeing a lot of people complaining about the same things. Most of these "issues" would be easily solved if some of you just read a little. People asking the same question no more than a post or two back. Come on. Do a little research instead of just trying to blame someone else.. We are all in this together so lets act like it..

Just a little curtousy, and I could have overlooked most of the issues. shame , was really looking forward to a lot of business with them. Actually I would probably clam down if one of their reps would at leats post here and inform all of us wtf is going on...... that would be.....ummmm nice....... ok I read on a few more pages and see several posts about server issues , I get that and understand that kinda thing is going to happen. What is the problem here again? You PMed us yesterday on April 17. I'm answering your PM now in the AM April 18. What else do you expect? You called your tracking number bogus because it is not traceable same day it shipped. Now it is the PM that was not answered immediately.
In my defence of this tracking number, being my first order through naps when I recieved my first tracking number it worked instantly so I had no reason to doubt that the tracking number on the second half of my order would not work when received I was never told that it wouldn't necessarily work right away, so why would I think otherwise?). So yeah , I was f'ing bent thinking it was fake I won't lie. As I stated the rep has contacted me and finally a CURTIOUS reply explaining all of my questions and info (thanks on that) because all I really wanted to begin with was a few answers. I stated in my post that I would not use Naps again. But in honesty, I will place a second order soon and hope it was just a fluke thing and next order will be better. Their pricing and selection and promo's are second to none of any suppliers I have run across online. I took advantage of their Jintani sale and just did the math cross referencing prices with my current source and in all honesty I saved about $120 on my cycle .....now THAT you can't beat ! I've clamed down , so lets see what happens on the second orders, now that Im familiar with their time frames and shipping numbers. All Im saying is I used them as stated because off price etc. but also all the reviews I had read sais fast friendly customer service....... the fast I'll agree on , friendly or informative NOT so much at this point. ALL is well now and gear is out of thier hands so I don't hold them liable from that point on. But from placement of order to the time it goes out thier door I do look toward them. I have read enough good to hope that I'll have a good solid source for a long time to come. If not , no biggie I'll just go back to my current source and deal with what I need being out of stock sometimes. Don't let my post sway anywone from using them , as Im sure the "good" reviews were honest........and I'm just being honest. 14 days from payment untill out the door is not so great imo.....just sayin.

OK guess I'll join this discussion here. This is my first order with naps , which I tried due to their selection and sales. Saved my pennies and got my whole cycle ordered . Placed order on the 1st , paid on the 3rd , funds picked up on the 9th, 1st half of my order shipped on the 14th. (just the clomid and pins....big fucking deal)Ran the tracking number and bingo all is well. So I use the live chat to ask about the second half, guy was very f'n rude and basicly just hung up on me. Finally the 16th the second half of my order shows shipped so I run the tracking number and BOGUS! Again I use the live help and again the prick is a prick and tells me to track from tracktrace.com. I do this and still BOGUS tracking info. Now I know that things happen. (present online I use had the website go down and a lot of mad ppl, but made good on my order and as far as I know every one elses.... once had issue with gear beingout of stock but was offered a replacement even though it was more than what I ordered) I know ordering online is sometimes spotty and I'm trying to be patient. I would rather see not shipped or out of stock than a freakin bogus tracking info ! This is not a hater account just a first time customer that is not pleased. Seriously doubt even if gear came tomorrow I will ever spend my money here again! It's like this not so much even with the tracking and slow service issue but due to flat out rudeness, Now Im poor and bust my ass for what little I have, and my money will spend just as well somewhere they appriciate my business. I know that a supplier as large as naps is going to have issues from time to time and Im understanding of that. I am NOT understanding to the rude sob I talked to not once now but twice. Just praying I actually get my gear what with bs tracking info and all. Maybe some of you have used them and had great luck previously, good for you; all I can say is at this point I am not happy and will go back to my previous source(even though they are way down the list , my gear would be in my box by now or within a few days of it) I just hope they make good on my order....... dunno here but would take quite a lot at this point to convince me to use them again.
Your second package was shipped on April 17. You got the tracking number the same day. It takes 24 hours for tracking number to be registered at USPS. It's there now. This is the USPS status:

The package took some time to ship but we shipped EMS instead of regular mail so you get it in time.
Our customer service may sometimes be out of patience. It's not good but I sometimes understand them. Someone here said he emailed us 20 times and no answer. Imagine every customer with issue emailing us 20 times.
Seeking advice from experienced HGH users. Would like to know the best, most effective dosage protocol and what, if any, other substances I would want to take in conjunction with hgh. ie, test, deca, dbol, insulin, hcg, IGF-1, ect... Thank you ER-family.

order 4/9, funds same day, picked up 4/11. 4/14 "processing", "waiting for approval." Today 4/17. No problem waiting, just be honest about actual times. Will post when arrive. 6 total biz days and not shipped, not 2-3 days. If all is good, I will post also. Not impatient, NOT a newbie, although new to Naps. Just like honesty about the service I will receive.
We are honest. Our packages arrive in 8 business days very often. We operate a dozen of warehouses and shipping locations though. Delays happen from time to time.
