My Geneza order shipped in 3-4 days.
Well ordered july 1 picked up the money and the only thing they can say is customs is why they are not shipping .this was my first time to ever order,if I ever get my stuff will be the last ,they messed up my whole cycle .they said it will be august before they can ship but still collecting money thats not going to ship ,heard alot of good things about naps but I sure dont believe them has this been 400 down the drain?

just joking murph. there obviously going through some shit right now but no doubt naps will do everyone right.the guys that have been using naps for awhile know that they are a stand up company not looking to rip people off.
bigmurphIts true I have almost 8yrs ordering from them always got everything I paid for just a couple took a really long time but out of all the orders a couple taking a long time is fine with me.
They will get over this one just like all the problems in the past they have had and it will be a distant memory hopefully soon

Was promised to ship on 24th.....and of course this will not happen! They now offered me to wait or use store credit towards another brand.
I will choose store credit because I do not want to wait any longer.
Just got my order from naps two parts about three weeks no issues!!
Well I bit the the bullet and paid for order today. Hopefully all is well and I will update as I hear more. Small order of GP products.
Updated to processing. Hopefully will have another update on monday.

bigmurphI want you to post things like this its important to the community i think your taking what im saying the wrong way. I just want to see pics or tests it helps back up the information. You have to remeber naps is under attack from multiple angles so when guys just post bad things I have to assume that its this group of people attacking naps. I do appreciate any information that comes out that can be verified. If you see things that are bad definitely post them but don't let the original guy that posted it use you as someone to keep his lie going. I appreciate all information thats real good or bad its just hard for me to believe that this is true. If there were proof then I couldn't doubt you at all.
