Screw naps!!!!! Sorry but I'm getting pissed now. After one month they finally offer to get store credit to use towards other brands in order to get stuff quicker but yet they won't reply......
I've placed a new order.....replied to support to give me store credit when it was offered.....and created a ticket to receive the store credit.....none of those were replied to and I'm still nowhere close to getting anything.
Oh and naps tells me to PM details but doesn't accept the friend request that I've sent weeks ago.
Sorry but customer service is absolutely below 0.

My order was placed on 6/25 and money was picked up on 6/29. It still hasn't shipped, when can I expect my order to ship ?
Can some1 comment when they are back up and running comment below and let me know, I was about to place an order but I don't want to be stuck during the summer months. I loved how they had health pills as well as steroids at reasonable prices.
I made an order on july 20th and everything has been dispatched to my country. Info via tracking numbers. Three packages have been shipped 2 days after my order was placed. NAPS IS RUNNING NORMALLY. Only if you made an order in the dates mentioned by naps June through early July. Only those people have experienced issues. All those orders were stuck. By the time naps realized the problem was more serious than they had thought. They already sent the orders to that warehouse. The new shipment location is actually running faster than the old. All is good.
