I stopped using naps about a year ago because my last 2 orders with them was nothing but a headache and they where very rude. I won't get into specifics unless someone is interested. I always liked there product so I decided to give them another try and they came up Huge! Pack here in 7days from shipped date! Thank you Naps your at the top of my list again

I have an order that was placed on 8/31 that hasn't shipped yet. BUT I will say I submitted a ticket for it yesterday and had a response within an hour. They were very polite and appologetic & said they'd look into it. Then another follow up an hour later apologizing again and said if it doesn't ship by Friday to let them know so they can resolve it. If I don't get my order, I won't order again. Simple as that. But I'm sure I will.
I think anyone opening tickets with them and not getting responses may be going about it wrong. They're not Amazon. You're ordering illegal shit. If you want a response open your ticket with respect and be polite. Opening a ticket that says "wtf? I ordered 4 days ago where the fuck is my order you guys are scammers" probably isn't the best way to get a response. Just say "hey, it's been a while so I'm just checking in on this. Hopefully it ships soon and this issue's resolved so we can do business together in the future." Or some shit like that.

Yeah I did the same and Naps ticket rep they couldn't help send me the correct hcg. Then the rep on here said he'd look into it just pm him and I did right away still no response. Now to top it off not only did I get a bunch of shit I didn't order I've got two other packs in the mail about to push 30 days and a sezuire letter... so wrong Clomid check, wrong hcg check, sezuire letter check, several years business with naps never a issue until now still being patient and respectful but it seems like there is an issue at the moment.

After taking 60 days that one time to get my package, I switched to a domestic source. Took 3 days to get to my doorstep after payment. I really like the GP line but I guess it's time for a change.
Exactly.it so much different than 10 years ago..so !much good stuff here within,and get fast and don't have to worrie about customs and your gear sitting in the heat or cold too long..I'm moving on since this last thing I have experienced with my test..like I said it was fun while it lasted but dosent make since to go that route anymore..good luck to all that do in the future.

I think so. I just created an account on their support site. Hats the only way I know of. It seems more effective than PMing here (for me at least, maybe I got lucky?). They always have a pile of unreads.
Yeah tickets are quickest (apparently selective? ), the live chat is junk ,but it seems like this rep on here has the most pull and better customer service imo if like you said you can get him to awnser your pm.
I understand the situation thoroughly. I'm big on mutual respect, regardless of being complete strangers. I definitely appreciate advice though. Hopefully it all gets situated.
