So I'm kinda pissed. Anyone ever have an issue with naps where they send a pack and the tracking number doesn't show up on any carriers at all? One pack has been stuck going from one city to another's, in the same country. Just a few miles away from each other. Not even customs. And the other pack not registered under any carrier's at all. Tracking info given on the 27th. Still no change. I've contacted support team being told to wait 1-3 days to have it fixed and given actual numbers. Waited 4. Contacted them again being told I have to wait a month from original shipping date to get a reship. I didn't ask for a frucking reship. I asked where my packs are and if they've even been sent.
And the rep isn't even on here.
The frustration...

Forget tracking. Works about 10% of the time. I have had parcel delivered and still showed waiting at the post in another country. It shows up when it shows up. It is the holidays man.
1st pack was seized.
2nd pack isn't even a real tracking number.
I feel pretty screwed.

Had the same issue (19th) and then bam! Pack in the mailbox today!
I wouldn't count it out unless you get a letter just bc of the holidays shit is extremely backed up and it looks like they push certain packages through from certain locations faster unless they just have more ppl for those certain locations inbound, but that's just what I've noticed personally.
