Hi brothers, first time using Naps gear. I have used other sites and never ran into this problem. I put in my order went in to submit order, copied the link for Bitcoin and made the payment, usually on other sites they want you to pay the identification number for the transaction but I'm not seeing a place to post it or even a place where they are asking for it. Do y'all know if I am good? Or what?

I ordered a domestic order on 8/30 from naps and naps says it shipped but USPS site says awaiting package. 9/6 is when shipping label was created. I saw that this is the place to come to if you are concerned about Naps order. This is my 3rd order the other 2 were perfect!
This was my mistake. I thought I ordered domestic because I thought Pharmaqo was a domestic only brand. I actually ordered international. My order showed up today - 21 days from the date I placed the order. My order was perfect. This is the 3rd order from Naps and all have been perfect. Customer service is helpful and shipping is accurate and fast. Thanks Naps I strongly recommend to all.

Naps, I sent a FR. I’m a long time customer and have a large $$ of loyalty credit I need to use that expires in a few days but every time I check Singapore (where I always order from ) product says “coming soon” so I can’t order the products I always order and save my loyalty credits for.
Please advise so I don’t lose the credit I’ve earned. THANKS!
Naps, I just received a message from your naps help support which said there is nothing they can do.
I spent almost $500 on my last order and received my loyalty credit which I always use and have been for years as a loyal customer.
So bc none of your Singapore products and all your other warehouses — ALL OF THEM — are suddenly are unavailable and lister as “coming soon” - YOU SAY I HAVE TO LOSE MY $100 loyalty credit from my prior purchases- and there is nothing you can do??!!!
This is 100% unacceptable and insulting. The honest thing you should do - especially to a long time loyal customer- is extend my credit expiration UNTIL YOU ACTUALLY HAVE THE SAME PRODUCTS IVE BEEN ORDERING FOR YEARS back in stock!
Please explain to me and all the other EROID members considering using you as a source how this is any way an honest and fair way you are handling this??!!!
Me or any customer should just be ok with losing their loyalty credits bc you have no products to sell bc all your shipping locations have now been changed to unavailable and “coming soon”.

What is the consensus as to the best lab on the Domestic U.S. list? I see there are a bunch with most labs out of stock. I use to love alpha pharma but that was years ago and I haven’t heard much about them recently.
I’d say go with the known international brands that ship domestically but I decided on bull pharma. I’ve tried TSG pharmacy which was legit but has mixed reviews and am open to trying XT. Sixpex has very good reviews also. Good luck and keep us updated.
