Pretty sure they're cooked. I'm dealing with an order issue and they keep giving me the run around. Time to jump ship and find new source
brother, you placed an international order, and the standard delivery timeframe for international shipments is 3–4 weeks. Please note that international tracking often shows delayed or infrequent updates, which is completely normal.
Your order is still within the expected timeframe, so I kindly request you not to worry.
Then how come your support team said it's been reshipped immediately after the original tracking number got deleted in the system? Y'all acting real suspect
Brother, there might have been a stock shortage at a particular warehouse, which could be the reason your order was reshipped and you received a different tracking number. There’s nothing suspicious about that.
Also, we’re not running away over a single order, brother. Just wait 3–4 weeks from the shipping date, and keep an additional 1-week buffer. If it still doesn’t get delivered within that timeframe, you can request a full refund.
They are still working as they were able to get back to my ticket I submitted earlier this morning. Good thing is my domestic order did get delivered today on time. Just need to check the contents of it once I get home now..

I can't log in with my name but I am able to log into naps gear and I can see that people are making comments about new products I'm not sure why I can't log in just as soon as I try to log in I just get the will be back shortly

As far as I know their is no email to send them. You need to put it in a ticket on their website, But to do that you will need to be logged in which you cant.
NapsGear, if you could accept friend request so I can dm order number to confirm tracking or eta. Few weeks out from nats and would love to know if I need to order from local guy or not. Thanks

Could you please share some of your order numbers or the email you used to register at NapsGear? This is just to verify the authenticity of your claims and ensure you’re not here simply to bad-mouth Naps.

Yeah their website looks to be shut down completely.. I don't know if it'll be back up but even when you google napsgear it'll say there's no info on the page... I was trying to track an order but it said it had already shipped so I hope that's the case..

Just got these goodies in small issue with my order tho i didnt order the mastp i ordered maste. Not a big deal but its not what i ordered and half the amount mast. Just waiting on naps to get back to me i submitted a ticket guess we will see.
