God I want my gear!!!!!

thought id share my suffering as well, ordered my gear early june ($500 order) and i've been run around the block by them soooo many times as well. (generic responses, fake tracking numbers, etc.) this really screwed up my cycle big time. my first order placed in april got to me in about a month exactly. I only ordered half my cycle just to test them out, started my cycle and gave myself about a month and a half for the second half (current order) to come in. I've been waiting almost 3 months now and still nothing. I had to end my cycle early and dont even have pct now because of them. thanks again naps!!! you guys are the greatest. geneza sucks anyways, not wasting my time with this bogus company ever again and i hope anyone reading this that ever considered ordering from them, decides not to. Im located in the states btw.

Once again today, generic email response. my order was from late June

So I've been patient once again and even gave naps a couple weeks before I asked about the new tracking #'s and I got the same paste & copy response " Being sent out little by little blah blah blah" is there one person in the states that's gotten new tracking numbers recently? Probably not, these guys are really fucking with my emotions now! Shame on me for holding out hope!

on the one hand ive used naps and it was an awesome experience, but this was before this fiasco. i have no doubt they're trying their best, and you will eventually get your shit

however as a buyer i would be pretty pissed about having it come 4+ months late, as i have my cycles planned and can't just start one whenever the shit arrives. also, you feel pretty helpless when you have sent out hundreds if not thousands of dollars and have not gotten your stuff for months, you pretty much feel like you got ripped off and taken advantage of

sucks for you guys, no doubt. just understand naps has been one of the most trustworthy guys in the game, and one of the VERY FEW i trust to carry legit HG stuff which is great.

also his prices have always been ridiculously good.

so when people tell you your shit will come, it's because it probably will. although way later than you planned, which sucks a lot, i know.

I agree about the civil part friend. And yes my buddy used naps and they were g2g it took 2 months but he finally got it! Me on the other hand it's been like 3 months and for the firs 2 I was optimistic but mow I'm just very doubtful. And yes there are plenty other sources but when ur a father of 6 children all in my house hold school sports and every thong else money isn't that easy to come by bro and to just drop hundreds of more money down.. While I am disappointed, I know that it's part of the game. Honestly people, I know it does suck, especially for people that have placed large orders. But Naps has been in this game for a long time and you WILL get your gear. The fact that they are still doing damage control with customer service and their reps shows that they are not about to steal your money and run off with it.

Use other sources in the mean time and be patient. I have had a very good history with Naps and I know that they will come through eventually. Let's be civilized and we will all be much better off.

These bastards are only trying to save face saying were gonna receive our packs. How would they pay for all those "resends" out of there own pockets I dont think so. If they ever were to be reshipped the future customers will prob have to pay marked up prices to supplement the old back-haul deliverys. And anybody who use's these motherf*uckers must be out of there mind.

got another message back today stating my was sent on 7/18 and it was like a paragraph long talking about delays and shipping. Same old story this time it was just signed by CS guess they dropped the kind regards crap

I believe that this guy got his pack. The constant communication back in forth with the company shows they r not fucking anyone but trying to resolve there problems. The only thing that makes me wonder is that everything I have order in the past I hve had to sign for. The last couple posts of people saying they got there stuff says that it was just sitting on there porch. Are things differant now with how they ship? As in not USPS?
